Refund policy
It is the duty of the customer to, within 24 hours of purchase: test and review whether the RotorBrains™ Self Study Guide product meets their expectations.
Refunds on the RotorBrains™ Self Study Guide product are available within 24 hours of purchase, and only with the user not having accessed more than 10% of the guide content.
Reviewing the study guide contents over multiple days or accessing more than 10% of the guide's content is considered as sufficient use of the educational resource to benefit of the learner. Refunds will not be issued in this case.
Each License is limited to use by a single user on two devices (such as a work computer and a home computer) for up to 180 days. Full upfront 180 day licenses are available, as are monthly subscriptions.
No refund will be issued to those suspected of violating the license by sharing the product with multiple users. Those who violate or who are suspected of violating the license, as determined solely by RotorBrains™, will have their access to the product permanently removed and all stored work permanently deleted from the servers. No refund will be issued to those who violate or who are suspected of violating the license - regardless of time remaining on the license.
Country Editions:
The RotorBrains™ Self-Study Guide is available in both American and Canadian Editions. It is up to the customer to select the correct edition for their country - if a mistaken selection is made, please notify us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, promo codes or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Subscription Cancellations:
Monthly subscriptions to the RotorBrains™ License may be cancelled by request through emailing learn(at)rpatc.com with a copy of your original receipt attached.
